Click Park Hotel

I visit Dubai from Australia every 2 months and have tried most of the 5 star hotels, but Hilton Dubai Creek is at the top of my list compared with the other Hiltons in Dubai. From Director Sajeev to Jobin in housekeeping, the conceierge, and the health centre staff, everyone focuses on customer delight. It’s a very well-maintained place, with top notch cleanliness. Comfort, views, location, and food are all exceptional. What a great place, highly recommended.

The breakfast was fresh and the service prompt, with Ms. Churchill and Sinan especially polite. The location is excellent, and the rooms were clean and cozy. Ms Maurice, Malika, Muhannad, and Sandy were particularly friendly ❤️❤️❤️. The team went above and beyond to keep us comfortable, and I’d give them 5 points each. Wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommend 🥰🥰

Maurice made us feel comfortable during our stay celebrating my wife’s 55th birthday. Thanks to John, Riki and the other reception and parking staff too. It was a great experience. Keep it up, and all the best to the Team. God bless you all ❤️

Breakfast was simple, savory, and exquisite, and the fruits just melt in your mouth. The wanton soup was the star of the meal. Miss Shayne was accommodating and had a wonderful presence while serving us, checking in to see if the food met our expectations. The room felt welcoming and like home, and I loved having a balcony with views of Dubai and the swimming pool. It was truly a five-star hotel experience, and I’d love to visit again.
