Treppan Hotel & Suites by Fakhruddin

Asha at the Front Desk is a big reason I keep coming back to Treppan Hotel Apartments whenever I'm in Dubai. She's warm, greets guests with a genuine smile, and makes you feel at ease. When I've had questions or minor issues, she takes ownership and finds effective solutions right away. Her service really adds to the stay, and she's a real asset to the hotel. The whole team is friendly and professional. The apartments are comfortable and well-appointed, true to the name "Comfortstay". Thanks to Asha and everyone at Treppan for making my visits pleasant and stress-free. I look forward to returning. Highly recommended for business or leisure.

The sales team treated me as if they were paying us rather than the other way around. On top of that, the rooms had insects, with cockroaches in every drawer. The cleaning was a joke: they left dust and dishes, and the pillowcases, sheets, and towels smelled awful. The most disrespectful hotel I've ever tried. I really wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

Asha at reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and laid out sensibly, and there's free parking inside the hotel. The price was very low for the quality. I usually book here and recommend it wholeheartedly.

The mini market experience was the worst part. I tried to buy gum with 50 AED, and the cashier pressured me to add more items because the gum was cheap. He even accused me of buying it just to get change. That was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. My room was also missing basic things like a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, and hair conditioner. One of my worst hotel stays, and I wouldn't recommend it.
