The building's location is hard to beat, right beside Marina walk and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), with a great view across the marina. There are shops downstairs, including restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and a cafeteria, plus plenty of well-known international restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. My family and I enjoyed the amenities, especially the swimming pool, which has a high level of hygiene. The gym is clean, modern, and well equipped. The building itself feels unique, too. I also have my unit managed by V- Edition holiday home and have been extremely happy with their work. They're professional and knowledgeable about the building, and provide holiday home property management. I'm confident the place can meet the needs of you and your family.

I personally love this clean 3BHK apartment on the 29th floor. The view is lovely, too. It's with V-Edition Holiday Homes.

The location was good, and the view was fantastic. The apartment felt safe and peaceful, and it was clean. There were four of us staying for eight nights. Mr. Danish, the property manager, was extremely helpful, even at odd hours, and we were shown excellent hospitality. A perfect place to stay.

From the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the marina. I stayed in the building through Airbnb, and the security guards were friendly and courteous.

Continental tower is a residential building right on the marina, about a 5 minute walk from the sea. Many apartments are available for short stays. I have a 2 Br apartment, 1210 sqft, with a partial Marina view. Facilities include a pool and gym. Message me.for more Details Alex +971 55 66 21 503
