Coral Boutique Villas

There’s a peaceful atmosphere here, with lots of greenery around. It’s a nice place to stay and spend time with family, and we had a great time. There’s a swimming pool with a safety guard from 7 AM to 6 PM, as well as a restaurant. Check out the villa photos.

Our three nights went by too quickly, and the kids didn't want to leave. The spacious, well furnished villas have the basics fully equipped, and there are ample grounds for relaxing outdoors and doing other activities. It felt like a home away from home, with a cozy setting and friendly staff. Perfect for a family or small group getaway. We'll surely go back someday.

The garden is lovely and full of greenery, and there's a pool, kids' playground, and gazebo. The service team was attentive and able to sort out a few minor problems. Still, most of the hardware was broken. These are very old villas with outdated, malfunctioning appliances. The fridge was so dirty it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in over 20 years. You can't control the A/C individually, which is ridiculous. The furniture was dirty and broken, and the bedsheets and quilts had urine marks. Completely disgusting. The owner needs to renovate and invest in the property instead of just making money from it.

The staff were friendly and competent, and the compound restaurant served food late into the night. Breakfast by the pool was also an option. Getting around was easy: MOE and Al Barsha are nearby, there are lots of restaurants, and the metro is handy if you don't have a car. I stayed at Coral Boutique Villas for a couple of months and had a great experience. The villa was clean and quite large. Although it was shared, I barely saw any other visitors. The kitchen had the most necessary utensils, the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished in a modern style, and each villa had its own parking possibility at the back. The shared pool is conveniently inside the compound.
