Banna and Rammy gave me a warm welcome and excellent support, and helped arrange a very nice room upgrade. The room had lovely furniture and was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Reception was professional, and check-in went quickly and smoothly. The hotel felt clean, relaxing, and had an amazing atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend it, and will definitely come back.

The concierge team and Ms. Grace at reception made us feel very welcome at Damac Canal View Hotel. They were kind, professional, and accommodating, and helped with everything we needed in such a warm way. The hotel was clean and relaxing, and the service was excellent. It felt like a home away from home for our family. The kids were happy the whole time, with enough room to play and relax, and the place felt comfortable and safe. Our spacious room had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile. We'd gladly return, and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable stay.

The canal-side view over the pool is stunning, especially in the evening. If you want to sunbathe by the pool, go in the morning, since the area gets shadier later in the afternoon. The hotel is right in the heart of Business Bay, two minutes from Kana Café and Café de Paris for those who know the area. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The staff are kind, welcoming, and always smiling, and the housekeeping team deserves special mention for its great work. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Nazim, who provides truly exceptional, top-tier customer service. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Thomas from security deserves a special thank you. He was respectful, attentive, professional, and ready to help. He made it easy to feel safe and comfortable while still being friendly and approachable, especially on the night shifts when staying alert matters. You can tell he takes pride in his work. That kind of service is part of what makes DAMAC Maison Canal Views stand out. My stay there was amazing from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, very clean, and well located near Downtown Dubai, with great views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout.
