After seven months, the income from my studio at Paramount Tower C by Damac was shockingly low, nowhere near the returns I'd been led to expect. Large service charges and other deductions were taken without clear explanations, many of them never mentioned beforehand. Damac said business was slow, though the property appeared occupied most of the time and online rental rates looked high. Later I was told to hire my own auditor to understand the calculations. Honestly, a bank fixed deposit would have been a safer and better return. I'm a first-time property owner in Dubai and invested my hard-earned money believing the previous owner and agent, who promised strong rental returns. Whenever I asked for figures, account statements, or proof of past earnings, I couldn't get a clear answer. The agent gave one rental income figure and then avoided the details. Both the seller and agent told me to ask Damac, and Damac sent me back to the owner. By that point it was too late to back out, and I trusted the process. The experience has been deeply disappointing, frustrating, and financially discouraging. Anyone considering an investment here should carefully check everything, ask for complete financial records in writing, and verify projected returns before committing. Recent update: I've emailed them, but nobody has contacted me or replied.

The apartment had no hot water, which made the stay unacceptable, especially on New Years Eve. The lounge TV was also very limited, with no Netflix or modern smart TV compatibility, and the master bedroom TV had no internet at all, so it wasn't usable for work or entertainment. We asked Maria to arrange an engineer for that problem. When we arrived at Apartmend D Block 3007 (D3007), DAMAC PARAMOUNT BUSINESS BAY, no receptionist was on duty. We immediately contacted Maria from Almass Holiday Homes, who said she'd reach the property. It took close to forty five minutes for a bellboy to arrive and help with our luggage. That was an early sign that the service was lacking. With the delayed assistance, poor service, missing basic amenities, and no hot water, we asked Almass Holiday Homes for urgent technical support and a partial refund. The stay fell short of the comfort and quality we expected.

I stay at paramount Damac towers and go to work every day. The valet team is there 24 hours and treats people really well. They get my car to me in 5 minutes. Special thanks to kashif and mirza and nar and makhan and ghaghan, the whole team is the best.
