They took money from my account but didn’t give me a room. The staff were very rude and the whole thing felt like a scam. They’re cheap in every sense, staff included. Don’t book here, and don’t let them cheat you.

The rooms were clean and I had a great experience overall. The problem was that I was given a different room from the one I’d booked.

Hanan at reception was really helpful. I appreciated how warmly and willingly she handled any request.

The room was crawling with cockroaches, the bathroom wasn’t hygienic, and several fixtures were broken or poorly cared for. Even basic cleanliness and upkeep were missing. When I raised the problems, staff offered no help or solution. The room itself also wasn’t what I expected. My stay at Dancenter San Marino, Dubai Creek was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I hope management takes these issues seriously for future guests.

We booked ahead, but on arrival were told the hotel was full. They’d already taken AED 120 from our account and refused to refund it when we asked. Staff weren’t helpful and took no responsibility. Our time was completely wasted. Very disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
