Delta Hotels by Marriott, Dubai Investment Park

Parabhjot from the concierge team made my stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott, Dubai Investment Park much more comfortable and stress-free. He was polite and professional, and always willing to help with information, directions, or arrangements. His patience, friendly manner, and genuine readiness to assist made me feel welcome and well looked after. I really appreciate his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone staying at the hotel.

Even with the crisis going on, we had every comfort and received outstanding service. The hotel staff did an excellent job and helped us a lot through these difficult times. My sincere compliments to everyone there, and thank you for your service!

The restaurant staff were nice, the food was good enough, and the coffee was very good. Breakfast wasn't bad overall, but they only had hard-boiled eggs out, with scrambled eggs available only if you asked, which didn't make much sense. TV had very few European channels, and the location felt like it was close to nowhere, even for a business traveler. The room was below average for this class of hotel. As a frequent traveler, I found it mean, with just one socket for charging devices, underneath the table, which is unacceptable. The welcome kit was basic. Reception didn't listen to my requests, and when I arrived late at night they hadn't understood that breakfast should be included. At 1 a.m., the receptionist wanted to list all the hotel's services, which was the wrong time for that. My room wasn't made up until 5 p.m., again below the service level expected of a hotel in this class. I do hope they improve, but I'm unlikely to stay here again soon.

We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to returning. Delta Hotels Dubai Investment Park was spotless, calm, and very well managed, with everything we needed to settle in and relax. It was genuinely one of our most comfortable, stress-free hotel stays in Dubai. Nakul and every member of his team looked after us so well. They were warm, professional, attentive, and consistently friendly, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The service combined efficiency with real care and made us feel welcome. Thin's service at breakfast was remarkable. Rhiem at reception, the valet team, and housekeeping were lovely and friendly as well. I'd written down many more names but unfortunately lost the list. A heartfelt thank you to Nakul and the whole staff for making our stay so comfortable. Highly recommended.
