We’re very happy with the apartment we purchased in this project, and the overall quality is excellent. During handover, Engineer Shafi handled the extra items we requested professionally and took care of them perfectly. Thanks to the Imtaiz team for their great support and a smooth handover.

I was never clearly told about major project changes. I only discovered them by chance when I traveled to Dubai with my family and visited in person. After putting in that kind of money and commitment, having to show up just to learn what had changed is unacceptable for a professional developer. I called to get an explanation and speak with Omar Yassin and Hassan Eldonyawi. They were friendly, confident and convincing on video calls, and made clear promises about the deal terms and what would happen next. I made decisions based on what they told me. But once I asked for those promises to be honored, they denied having made them and acted as if the conversations had never happened. It felt like classic bait-and-switch tactics: say whatever it takes to close the deal, then deny it afterward. I sent multiple emails asking to resolve the issue and for management to step in. Nobody from management replied. There was no escalation, accountability, attempt to fix anything or ownership of the situation. Just silence. I also never received written follow-up confirming what had been promised. This was stressful, time-consuming and extremely disappointing. It wasn’t a misunderstanding but a pattern of big promises on calls, denial afterward, changes without proper notice, and no support when I tried to address things. It honestly felt like cheap bazaar-style tactics, as if the customer was crazy for expecting promises to be kept. I rarely write reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did with Imtiaz. This has been one of my worst real estate customer experiences. If you’re considering buying from Imtiaz, be very careful, get every promise in writing, and don’t rely on what Omar and Hassan say in calls. In my experience, once you’ve paid or committed, they’ll deny everything and leave you without support. Retail 1 pearl house 2
