DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Port Saeed Hotel

I spent a week at DoubleTree by Hilton Port Saeed and would gladly stay again. The location, facilities, and atmosphere all added to a pleasant visit. My room stayed clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and professional, always willing to help. The hospitality made me feel welcome and valued throughout. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

The breakfast was tasty, with a range of different cuisines, and the hospitality was excellent. The staff were attentive and very friendly throughout. There’s also a tourism desk you can visit in person instead of buying tickets online. They offer good deals, affordable packages, and the option to customize them. I had such a good experience and would definitely stay here again. Every staff member deserves praise! ❤️❤️

Whenever I visit, the Front Office team makes everything smooth and comfortable. Melody, Almas, Rex, Mushtak, Sumit, and the rest of the FO team are welcoming, professional, and quick to help. Their respectful, attentive service and teamwork create a warm atmosphere, and their positive attitude reflects Hilton hospitality. I may have missed some names, but the whole team deserves appreciation for their hard work and excellent service. Thank you all, keep it up!

The pool was nicely designed and relaxing, and the gym is spacious with good equipment. Since it was recently renovated, though, there was a fresh paint smell that made working out a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection and quality, and I appreciated being able to have it delivered by room service. The hotel's warm atmosphere also stood out, especially the scent of incense, or bakhoor, in the common areas. Cleanliness was excellent in both my room and the public spaces. My room was large, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a pleasant city view in the evening. The bathroom was especially spacious and had a modern, elegant look. Service was average, acceptable but nothing special. The hotel is undergoing renovation and refurbishment, which may account for some minor inconveniences. It seems likely the experience could improve further once the work is finished. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a lot going for it.
