The Downtown Dubai location is very good, and the apartment layout works for families. But the cleanliness was not good at all. The upholstery and bed linens were dirty and stained, with clear signs they hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bed covers had very dirty yellow and brown stains, and the sofa had black marks. The bathroom design is good, but the water doesn’t drain properly and leaves a large puddle on the floor.

There’s a nice gym and pool in the building, but the construction noise and dust are constant if you live here. Across the street, concrete trucks and pumps run at all hours of the night. If you want a peaceful night’s sleep, stay away.

There are serious water leaks in this apartment. Since I took it over, I’ve had to fix the bathroom ceiling leak several times. My water has been shut off repeatedly after the next-door neighbor complained about it, and I paid extra for three waterproofing tests and one bathroom repair. Even after that, the water was shut off again, this time because the unit below complained about a leak. There’s also a foul sewer smell in the hallways and bathrooms.

I came to deliver food and left the bags in the left lane. When I returned 30 minutes later, they were gone. I asked the security guard for help, but he said, “What can I do?” I told him it was his job, and he just replied, “I don’t know, go away.” It sounds like you're really frustrated with the security guard! I’m telling you, your things don’t feel safe here. If food bags can be taken, it makes you wonder what could happen to valuables.
