I feel really upset about how Raj, the receptionist at burj residence tower 9, treated me. My wife went to meet her friend, as we normally do, and I was sitting on the sofa. He rudely told me I wasn’t allowed to sit there. I said, “Okay, relax,” but he started arguing and told me to go complain. I respect his age, but that doesn’t give him the right to abuse or disrespect anyone. I want to ask management why guests or people visiting someone aren’t allowed to sit when there’s a sofa there. He made me feel like a beggar. He could have spoken respectfully. Please take action against him, or I’ll take legal action over the way he abused and disrespected me.

Hamza checked us in and was really helpful and nice. The location is great, with an amazing view of the Dubail mall, Dancing fountain, and Souk Albahar, all within walking distance. Everything else was perfect, but the apartment was a bit old and needed deep cleaning and maintenance.
