We stayed in Apartment 2114 on the 21st floor in May 2026, and the whole experience was excellent. The apartment had two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a long balcony with a nice view. It was clean and had everything we needed, including complimentary toiletries. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which matters in Dubai. Check-in was easy with a door code, and the building access cards were already inside the apartment. Vacationer & team deserve a special mention for their excellent WhatsApp communication before and during our stay. They replied quickly, were helpful and professional, and made us feel well looked after throughout. The location is fantastic. The Marina promenade, with lots of restaurants and cafés, is right downstairs, and there’s a supermarket in the building. Marina mall is a 2-minute walk away, and The Beach at JBR is about 8 minutes on foot. The modern building was well maintained and easy to get around. We couldn’t have asked for a better place in Dubai Marina, and we’d happily return.

Fine for an overnight stay if you’re mainly here for the marina bars and entertainment.

The flat and its surroundings were lovely, and I really enjoyed the view from the 16th floor. The pool and gym were great too. It’s close to the metro, beach, Dubai Marina Mall, JBR walk and a supermarket, so the location is hard to beat. I was very pleased with the contact and dialogue with the whole Guesta team. I’ll definitely come back.

Carrefour is in the same building, and Marina mall is right next door. The views are beautiful too.
