Dunes Hotel Apartments Oud Metha

Breakfast is great and hygiene is well maintained. The room itself is good too, but the partition door connecting it to another room is a major drawback. You can clearly hear the person next door if they speak a bit loudly. There's no full-meal option.

I'm enjoying my stay here and really like the place. The apartment has cooking facilities and all the kitchenware you need. It's moderately priced, with a supermarket nearby and a hospital close by as well. Metro, taxi, and bus services are available around the clock. Thanks to MR Othman at reception, who's been very helpful. Recommended.

I ended up staying here because the 16 April flooding meant I couldn't go home. The hotel didn't raise its rates and was the most economical option in oud metha. For the money, it's one of the best deals around. The gym and pool were both great, and although the hotel is a little old, I didn't find anything in need of maintenance. The shower head was high quality, and the microwave and washer/dryer were all good. Mr. amit and Ms. Erica were always smiling and quick to help, bringing whatever I asked for in a minute. Breakfast costs just 25 AED, with an amazing omelette, fresh bread, and a refreshing beetroot juice. I also had the best croissant of my life! It's great value for money, even though you can't compare an economical hotel like this with one costing 3000 AED. Don't listen to people who are ungrateful and leave bad reviews. Worth every penny!

The price doesn't make sense for what you get. The hotel is noisy, poorly organized, and badly managed, with appliances in poor condition and a very poor breakfast. During the recent rain, the basement parking flooded and smelled like sewage water. Management seems unable to control some guests' inappropriate, uncivilized behavior, so the place gets as noisy as a market. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
