The room was in such a miserable state that I couldn't stay even an hour. There were serious cleanliness problems, including cockroaches and insects, and guests can't see the room before confirming a booking. Once you arrive, you can't cancel, leaving you shocked by what you find. Management, service, and respect for guests were far below expectations. I truly didn't expect standards like this in Dubai. A very disappointing hotel experience.

The agent said they'd refund the 100 AED security charged us for parking, even though the listing said parking was free. A week has passed and I've heard nothing from him. We also complained about bed bugs, and security already knew about them. It felt like all we could do was stay alert so we wouldn't get bitten. Avoid this place if you don't want your plans ruined.

We found there was no water in the room after booking, so we checked out. They still haven't refunded our money, and management keeps us waiting for nothing. A very bad experience, not recommended at all.
2/10
We checked in on the 1st of the month, but there was no water at the hotel, so we left and asked for a refund. The manager assured us our payment would be returned, but we still haven't received it. There have been too many excuses. Very bad service.
10/10
The atmosphere was awesome, the taste and service were very good, and the staff were great.
