Binghatti is a new building by a known developer, but the customer service has been awful. Their agent Rizwan hasn’t been helpful. Nobody shared the owner’s number or told me I needed to arrange an empower connection. My previous building didn’t require that, so I had no idea. There’s been an AC leak since day one. They covered it with black tape and said it was supposedly working fine, but it isn’t. The toilet flush has also been leaking for a month. The process is to submit a ticket, wait for a technician to inspect, get a quotation, then have the repair done. In one month, tickets were closed three times without telling me. After following up over and over, three different technicians came to inspect, but management still couldn’t provide a quotation during the last 15 days. The leak is raising my DEWA bill and wasting water. I’ve had so many problems in just two months of tenancy, and I can only wonder what summer will bring.

The standout things at Binghatti Corner are the location and the views. It’s a newly built apartment building in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), with easy access to Al Khail Road for getting around Dubai. The pool is well maintained, the gym equipment is good, and front-facing apartments look across Dubai Marina to Business Bay. Some higher floors can even glimpse the Burj Khalifa. The building’s overall quality is decent for its price, though not top-tier. Since handover, residents have dealt with fire alarm malfunctions and water leaking in the parking area. These may be early settling issues, but they’ve still been inconvenient. Construction around JVC and traffic on Al Khail Road can also be heard from the top floors. It’s an affordable, well-located option with good views and amenities. Buyers and tenants should factor in the noise and maintenance problems, which may improve over time.

The lift lobbies are beautiful, and the building is very clean and nice. It also has a beautiful Olympic-sized pool.

The Al Khail side apartments have a lovely Marina skyline view, and the construction quality and amenities are great. These are modern smart homes in JVC, near the Al Khail entry and exit. There are huge pools for adults and kids, plus a gym with the latest equipment. Great quality by Binghatti! The Hessa bridge is expected to be completed in the next month or so. That should ease the Hessa Street traffic issue and make JVC a more desirable, reasonably priced area to live in Dubai.

My family, our neighbors and I are spending sleepless nights, evenings and weekends suffering under this noise while you sleep peacefully. I’ve complained many times, but nothing has changed. This is selfish and disrespectful, and it disregards our private lives. If you don’t stop causing this disruption for me and my neighbors, we’ll see you at Uae majors.
