The view never gets old, and the marina promenade is right on the doorstep for evening walks. Once the temperatures cool down, plenty of neighbours are out with their children and bicycles. Marina Mall is about 15 minutes away, while the beach is a 10-minute walk, an unusual convenience in a city where driving is normally necessary. The improved exit means the old traffic-jam reviews are outdated. The apartments are fantastic for a second home, with spacious basement parking. The pool is on the small side.

I feel blessed to live here. My flat looks over the canal, and the shared areas are always perfectly clean and maintained. The entrance feels like a top five-star luxury hotel, but it also has a cosy place to work or meet friends and a large living area with cooking and coffee-making facilities. There are safe, fully equipped play spaces for children, while the gym overlooks the blue waters, the iconic Dubai eye, and the lively bluewater canal. The swimming pool area is refreshing too. I can’t imagine another tower matching this level of luxury living. Friends and family who visit absolutely love it.

52/42 tower 1 has no parking at all for delivery riders, turning a simple job into a nightmare. Having to park far away and walk 200-500 meters to the entrances is outrageous, especially when dropping off an order at a customer’s apartment. It shows poor planning and complete disregard for delivery workers. Management needs to fix this immediately, because the experience is currently frustrating, infuriating, and disgraceful.

Living in Dubai Marina without dealing with traffic is possible here because of the direct exit and entry from SZR. The views are outstanding, including Palm JBR, Burj al Arab, Bluewater Islands, Dubai eye, and even the NYE fireworks from the balcony. If you’re lucky, try to see the 03 layout of tower 1, it’s truly amazing. The swimming pool and gym are great, and the reception is beautiful. Amenities are good, although there’s no kids’ sports area yet, while building management says it’s working on a Tennis court. Visitor parking is limited.
