I stayed on the Element side, but with the two-property setup the Aloft team handled check-in. They were friendly and considerate, and you could tell they were working hard to care for every guest. The whole team brought great energy, which didn’t go unnoticed. The rooms had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and I had a really pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Element Al Mina felt calm and comfortable, making it easy to relax or get work done. The modern hotel was clean and well maintained, with comfortable rooms. Staff were professional, responsive and genuinely helpful, doing their best to sort out issues and make guests feel welcome. The location is convenient for getting around Dubai, and the lobby workspace and other facilities suit both short and extended stays. A reliable choice in the Al Mina area for comfort and good service.

The hotel refunded me and apologized, but the stay still ruined my mood. I’d specifically asked for a quiet room and was put right below a rooftop party, with bass blaring until 3 AM. After they moved me at that hour, maintenance noise woke me again at 8 AM. A very disappointing experience, far below what I expect from a Marriott property.

I spent 6 nights at Element Al Mina and really appreciated the daily free water bottles in the room. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the daily room service was excellent. Breakfast was awesome, with Indian Chai and vegetarian choices. K-mart is very close, and there are vegetarian indian restaurants and other points of interest nearby. Highly recommended.

We came back to Element al mina for our New Year holiday, and this visit was amazing. The road construction has finished, so access is easy and there’s no more noise. Mr.shein looked after our reservation and upgraded our room, which was so nice of him. Mr.moon also gave great service and made an effort to prepare a birthday cake for my wife. Thanks as well to Mr. Mubashir and Mr. Rubin, whose service made our stay easier and more comfortable. The hotel service was better this time. On our previous stay with my wife, the staff were exceptionally friendly, the buffet was great, and the chefs were helpful. I was impressed by the gym facilities, which let me keep fit on vacation. The road construction had made reaching the hotel confusing, though. Room cleaning was another frustration: sometimes I had to call three times, and one day I asked for the room to be cleaned while I was out, but it still hadn’t been done when I returned. That made me furious, especially as it was midnight. Other than that, everything else was good.
