At 00:24 on Sunday, the work was still going on. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you need rest right now. There’s construction nearby, with the loudest work usually at night, and the hotel’s poor sound insulation lets almost all the noise through. It’s a shame, because the rooms are acceptable and the staff were friendly. The hotel itself isn’t bad, and perhaps it’ll be a much more peaceful option once the work is over, but for now the noise, even overnight, really affects the stay.

Shakil handled room service perfectly, and the whole team kept the service standards high. The rooms had the comfortable, convenient amenities we needed, and breakfast offered a wonderful range of cuisines and dishes. Amer made check-in easy and welcoming, while Pujesh was attentive and careful throughout our visit. I had a very positive stay at Element Hotel, Dubai.

Sushil did a great job cleaning my room, even though I asked around 5 PM and he seemed to have already had a long day. He agreed kindly and took real care with the work. That kind of attention and effort is a big reason I keep choosing this property. The staff are so helpful there are too many great people to name, but I wanted to thank Sushil for his hard work and consistently good service.

The birthday surprise on March 10th meant more to me than I can say. The team brought a little cake, and Shukel decorated my room so beautifully that I was moved to tears. I was alone at the time, so that thoughtful gesture is something I won't forget. Syed was a lovely person to meet as I was leaving, a nice end to my stay. Jina had already made my arrival easier before I got there by letting me check in a little early, and she welcomed me with such warmth and a lovely smile. Rizwan patiently helped with all my heavy luggage, always smiling. Everyone else I met, from breakfast to housekeeping, was kind, professional and welcoming too. It was an unforgettable visit, and I'll stay here again the next time I'm in Dubai. I'm so grateful to the whole team. Highly recommended, 100%.

I've been coming and going for long stays for over a year, and I really can't complain. It's a lovely place to work and live, with great facilities and kind, helpful staff. As I leave Element once again, I want to thank Victoria and Andrew at reception for greeting me with such energy every morning. The breakfast team always gives me plenty of attention, especially Meenakshi and the recently joined Jest! Thanks, everyone. I really hope to see you all again.
