Elite 6

The big balcony and lovely view are my favorite parts. Apartment 1002 at Elite 6 has been home for a few months now, and it stays really quiet and clean. The gym is spotless, and the pool is nice and roomy. I love living here ❤

Nearly a year in Elite 6 and it has been a great place to live. There are supermarkets, food and a barbershop close by, and parking comes with each apartment, plus free outdoor parking. The rooftop has a pool and jacuzzi, and the men's and women's gyms are separate, with a sauna. The building is clean, and security are respectful and helpful. The AC works well, though it isn't perfect. Management is good too, even if the move-in and move-out rules are strict. If you speak with them, they'll help.

I can't recommend living here. Cockroaches are all over the corridors and elevators, and the garbage room is especially dirty. We keep calling pest control, but they never solve it. They're getting into the apartment from the outside corridor and through the bathroom walls and ceiling. I'm worn out from cleaning and pest treatments, and even using a lot of antibiotics in the room hasn't made them go away. There are rats too. The apartment keeps breaking down, and just getting maintenance to come costs 30 AED, before they even fix anything. Other buildings do that for free. This place feels neither comfortable nor safe.

The interior is lovely, and the building stays neat and clean. It has a gym, swimming pool and sauna. People choose it for the cleanliness, and there haven't been any leaks in the building.
