The apartments come with equipped kitchens and Italian appliances. Bathrooms have built-in music and radio, and the studio has a large, stylish built-in wardrobe. Amenities are great too, including a pool, squab, Jacuzzi, green spaces, and clean indoor air quality. Signature Livings is a beautiful low-rise building with solar panels integrated into its rooftop. It's a pleasant, human-sized place to live. The place to be!

I've lived in the building for three years and the facility quality keeps getting worse. I've had an AC issue for a year, and the maintenance team still can't tell me how they'll get rid of the bad smell in my apartment. The swimming pool has also been out of service for three weeks. Residents have complained several times, but nobody can tell us when it'll reopen. I'm very disappointed with the building management and developer.

The fire alarm keeps going off throughout the building and in our apartment, several times every night, day and night. It wakes us abruptly, causes a lot of stress, and completely ruins our sleep. This is frustrating and unacceptable.

The building looks nice from outside, but living here has been a bad experience. You have to arrange maintenance yourself and pay for it, and if you ask them to do something, they say sorry, they can't. The management is the worst I've experienced. Even simple things depend on the landlord because they have portal access. Adding your wife or kids for access requires approval and takes a long time. Parking has the same issue, and the spaces are very tight and bad.
