Could the space in front of the building be cleaned more often? There’s often little bits of rubbish and cigarette ends lying around. Food delivery riders also tend to gather there and talk loudly, especially late at night and after midnight. It’s uncomfortable for residents, so we’d really appreciate someone looking into it. Thank you.

Check-in was simple, and the host got back to me quickly. The place looked like the photos and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. It was also in a handy spot for getting around. A nice experience and good value for the price.

There’s a mix-up between Elysee III and Maison Elysee III: the cover photo shows Maison. If Maison is the high-end version, this is a fairly economical four-story building. I rented a studio here on Airbnb for about a month. There were usually guards at the front desk, and when we ran into a few problems, the response came promptly. There was a construction site right next door, but with the window shut, the noise in my room was okay. The building has a pool, playground, and gym. Studio rent in JVC isn’t cheap, but I think the quality matches the price.

It’s a good property, and I’m not sure why some people have left bad reviews. The building has just four floors, so it doesn’t feel crowded and there’s no waiting around for the lift. It’s near the entry and exit, with plenty of free parking outside and a park close by.
