The staff made our stay memorable. Thanks especially to Asha, Mustafa, and Omeir for being so friendly, attentive, and helpful. My brother and I were pleasantly surprised by the value at Excelsior Downtown Hotel. Their regular promotions make it affordable without sacrificing comfort or service. We felt welcome and well looked after, and we’re looking forward to staying again. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay, good service, and great value in central Dubai.

The facilities were great, and the hospitality stood out even more. The receptionist at the desk was a superstar, so kind and accommodating, and made sure all the details of my stay were handled with a great attitude. Thanks for such amazing service!

The location is good, and the staff and reception team are kind and helpful. But the rooms and furniture are old, and the room was leaking from the washroom. They fixed it, though the same problem started again that night. The hotel needs maintenance. I gave it three stars because of the staff. Otherwise, one star would be enough.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Al ghurair center is close with lots of shopping and food options. Mustafa, the Egyptian guy at the counter, was very helpful and cooperative. A wonderful experience, and the location is perfect.

I’d booked just one night, but the warm welcome and excellent treatment convinced me to stay another. Mr. Mohammed and Ms. Asia were kind and professional, always ready to help quickly and with a genuine smile. They really made my stay special.
