NH Collection Dubai The Palm

The infinity pool was one of the highlights, absolutely incredible. All the staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to help, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Nadun looked after my partner and me throughout the day. He was friendly and attentive, and went out of his way to make us a well-balanced, beautifully presented Blue lagoon cocktail, even though it wasn't on the menu. His positive attitude and professionalism made it even more enjoyable. A great bartender, highly recommended!

The terrace is open in the evening, when you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Dubai Marina at night. The scenery, food, and hospitality made my stay truly memorable. The food had great quality and variety, and the atmosphere at View 180 was beautiful and relaxing, with excellent facilities. In the evenings on the terrace, Zun, Lucas, Nathaniel, and Linn were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. They made sure everything was right and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend View 180 for the views and service. I also went to 7sportbar, a great place to watch any sports match. The food and service from Winnie and Jayson were amazing. I highly recommend it.

The meals were all enjoyable, with delicious food and a good selection to suit different moods. The hotel and rooms were lovely, clean, modern, and had every amenity we needed. We were lucky to get upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment, so there was lots of space. We had a great Eid holiday stay at NH Collection on the Palm. Hotel manager Ousama and the staff were so friendly and helpful, and we felt very well looked after. Special thanks to Ahmed, Mansoor, and Fabio at the rooftop pool, and Jim in the sports bar, for their amazing service. We'd definitely stay again.

I enjoyed the pool and private beach, and the location next to Nakheel Mall is excellent. But my family and I stayed at NH Collection Dubai The Palm for two days, booking three rooms, and the experience fell short of what I expected from a five-star hotel. The soundproofing between rooms was very poor. We could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms, which made it hard to relax or sleep. I've felt more comfortable and warmly welcomed in some three- and four-star hotels. During this stay, I never felt valued as a guest paying for a five-star experience. At times, it felt like the rooms had been provided for free rather than as part of a premium stay. Check-in took too long, with too few seats near reception, and it was hard to reach the front desk by phone. The elevators were slow, which made getting around with luggage inconvenient. There were few activities for families and children. Housekeeping was inconsistent at times, and some requests took longer than expected. My late checkout request wasn't handled flexibly, even though we had booked three rooms. I hope this feedback helps improve the service and guest experience.
