Being right in the middle of the market made shopping so easy. The shops, stores, and vendors were only a few steps away, saving me time and energy. Florida Square Hotel in Dubai was spotless from the lobby to the rooms, fresh and well maintained, and felt comfortable and welcoming as soon as I arrived. What really lifted the stay was the staff. Karthik, Satheesh, Bipin, and Ben were kind, professional, and gave exceptional service. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed, greeted me with smiles, shared sweets with me, and made me feel at home. The hotel combines cleanliness, convenience, and great hospitality. I highly recommend it, especially for comfort and easy access to shopping. Thanks to the whole team for such a wonderful stay! 🌟🏨✨

I’ve had some bad hotel stays, but this was among the worst. The service was so poor that the whole experience felt like a scam.

The hotel is clean, and staff clean the rooms every day. Someone is also always around to help carry bags up. It’s in a handy spot for shopping at the small stores near Naif souq and the bus station. The people who really made the stay, though, were Qamar-Al Den, Ritchard and Malika. They were professional, friendly, and helpful whenever we needed them, and their management made us feel respected and secure. I’d recommend these three for making a stay here pleasant.

There are plenty of shops nearby, and taxis make it easy to get to the malls. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, though I wish they were a bit bigger. The mini fridge was also very small, and check-in could have gone more smoothly.

A good choice for families, with the Gold Souq, food and shopping close by. The staff were good, though check-in was only okay. The hotel also has a free machine for weighing your bags.
