It's an affordable apartment with good value for money, a nice balcony view, and all the amenities. The main attractions are very close, and it's in downtown.

The location made the stay especially convenient, with Dubai Mall and Souq Al Bahar both within walking distance, a nice perk in winter. I booked through Vacay Lettings on the 14th floor of MAG 318, and the apartment matched its photos. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with everything arranged thoughtfully. The host was quick to respond and attentive throughout. I’d recommend it for a well-managed stay in Downtown Dubai.

The host’s response to my complaints was especially disappointing. Rather than apologize, they said I shouldn’t expect more at the price I paid and should raise my budget. Cleanliness and hygiene shouldn’t depend on the price, though. The apartment didn’t seem ready for guests. It smelled unpleasant, the floor was sticky, and the dirty rug had food scraps on it. Doors, windows, furniture, and other surfaces were covered in dirt. The walls were stained and damaged, and the shower had visible mold with a cracked, sagging ceiling above it. The TV and refrigerator didn’t work. There was no phone adapter, just one towel and no hand towel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Restaurants and grocery shops are nearby, and it’s only a few minutes from burj khalifa. The place was nice, though a little small, and they answered my questions promptly. I was disappointed about the deposit, which was 500AED, since I got back only 402SR.
