Perfect 1Br with Sea View at Seven Palm Apartments

The views and surroundings at Seven Palm, Palm Jumeirah were breathtaking, and we made the most of the pool and beach access. Free parking helped keep everything stress-free. The hosts did a beautiful complimentary birthday setup just as I’d pictured it for my husband, and arranged the balloons I ordered perfectly. He felt like the happiest person alive, living the “richest life.” Traveling with a baby can be tough, but the provided crib was comfortable and our little one slept perfectly. Everything we needed for the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom was supplied. Our staycation felt like the luxury of a five-star hotel with the warmth of home. If I could give it more than five stars, I would. We loved every second and will be back soon. I highly recommend it for families looking for comfort and luxury. Always, always! ❤️❤️❤️

The location was excellent, although the hotel took a little effort to find. We arrived around 2am, but the advance instructions and lockbox made getting in easy, and everything worked as described. Booking through Booking.com was seamless too. The only snag was the WiFi in our room. We didn't report it because our travel SIM gave us data, so it wasn't a big problem for us.

We were tired and very disappointed to find our assigned room locked when we arrived. We'd received its instructions beforehand, but the host took a long time to respond, and it turned out another guest was already in there. We were moved to a different room that was worse than expected: dusty, smelly, with an unclean bed and towels. It was also too small for a family of four. The host didn't properly help us through the problem. I wouldn't recommend booking here.

We were told just eight minutes before our 3:00 PM check-in that Seven Palm Residences couldn't accommodate us. We'd already been traveling from Abu Dhabi in rainy weather, which made the last-minute news even more stressful. Nobody tried to help or suggest another option. They just sent us to the booking platform for a refund. That felt dismissive and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend the property given the poor communication and lack of basic guest support. A hospitality business should take more responsibility than this.
