Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartments Dubai

Manoj and Nabil were helpful and professional when we checked in, but the night shift later turned what was meant to be a special day into a bad experience. Mahmoud at the front desk kept calling our room through the night about an extra guest charge. We were willing to pay any required fee and understand the hotel policies, but the repeated calls kept us from sleeping and left us very disturbed, so we chose to leave early the next morning. The way it was handled was beyond unprofessional. Staff should be trained to deal with situations like this respectfully and with proper customer service. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the service guests receive.

Pranav, the gym trainer, made a big difference during my stay. He's supportive, knowledgeable, and motivating, and genuinely wants to help people improve their fitness. He also creates a welcoming atmosphere. I spent nearly five months at Hotel Flora Creek Dubai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. I'd highly recommend it for short or long stays.

Ahmad at reception was one of the best staff members we've ever met, and deserves Employee of the Month. The free room upgrade was much appreciated. The view was amazing, the location was perfect, and the hotel was beautiful and very clean. Everyone, from housekeeping and reception to the restaurant staff, did a fantastic job. The food and buffet were excellent, and this was one of our best hotel stays. We'd gladly book here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

The breakfast spread was average, with only one or two Indian options that were just okay. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were well maintained and the bathroom fittings all worked. Service was quick, and reception were helpful with requests. Flora hotel is about a five minute walk from Deira city centre metro station, with the mall right opposite the metro entrance.
