I spent ten days here, mainly using the hotel to catch up on sleep after sightseeing. The spacious room had a huge king bed, and room service cleaned it nicely every time. Breakfast was superb, with good choices for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Chef Haleel from Sri Lanka, Shreya, and everyone on breakfast duty were polite and helpful, and the coffee machines made good coffee each time. The stay was reasonably priced, and there are great places to eat in the hotel, including Pizza express, which has super tasty pizzas. The major sightseeing attractions are about 30 minutes away. Use the Careem app to book local hala taxis for the best rates. I’d absolutely stay again.

We’re a family from Indonesia with young children, and stayed at the Four Points Four (Production City) from December 26rd to December 28th, 2025, for an Oasis tour. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a varied breakfast menu. Check-in was quick, our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The hotel has two towers, with Mango Hypermarket, McD, and Texas Chicken next door. Thank you.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and it’s nice to have a choice of bars and restaurants. The hotel is good overall, but the location is out of the way. Unless you’re visiting Production City for business, there’s nowhere to walk to in the evening. There’s no public transport nearby, so you’ll need to drive or take a taxi wherever you go. Food and drinks can be expensive, though that’s standard for Dubai.

Dear General Manager, I’ve stayed at Sheraton hotels in various countries, but I’ve never had service and hospitality of this quality. Kay, Yhanasa, and Paoth gave excellent greetings, handled matters quickly, and made check-in fast. The welcome gift displayed in my room was an amazing surprise. Room service deserves a mention too. Best wishes to everyone, and congratulations on your good leadership.

The bath basin was blocked, so I called for help. Attaullah Rahman arrived right away and had it sorted in five minutes. He was courteous and professional the whole time. Thanks for making the repair so easy at Four Points by Sheraton.
