TRYP by Wyndham Dubai Hotel

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Emanuel at the concierge. The hotel is well placed for the metro and Dubai Marina, and taxis keep passing the main entrance, so getting one is easy. Rooms and bathrooms were clean but pretty ordinary. Breakfast was good, though it was the same each day. The price was reasonable.

The food was a real highlight. I have a gluten intolerance, and the staff took it seriously, including the risk of cross-contamination. They made my meals fresh in the kitchen according to my requests. Thanks to Kevin and the kind, professional restaurant entrance team. They even made ginger tea when I was sick. The free shuttle was very handy and reliable, with trips to Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Outlet Mall, JBR Walk, and the beach. The hotel also gives access to Soluna Beach Club, which has pools and a great atmosphere. On weekdays, entry costs 100 AED, split between 50 AED for a sunbed and 50 AED to spend on food and drinks. My room was comfortable, kept clean each day, and had fresh towels. Everything felt well organized, and the service was excellent. I’d recommend it for the cleanliness, location, and care from the staff.

The Barsha Heights neighborhood made the stay for me. It has a friendly, lively feel, with boutique shops and local restaurants ranging from quick meals to fine dining. In the evenings, I liked walking through the community spaces and seeing kids playing football nearby. It felt like a real neighborhood, not just a tourist area. Inside, TRYP by Wyndham Dubai is modern, stylish, and very clean. The staff were warm and professional from check-in onward. It made a good base for a business trip or a family stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to experience everyday Dubai with five-star service.

Bushra, the waitress, was kind and attentive throughout my visit. She was professional and respectful, always smiling, and made sure everything was right. Her positive attitude made the stay special. She’s a real asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend the place.
