The building’s overall quality is decent for its price, though not top-tier. Since handover, residents have dealt with fire alarm malfunctions and water leaking in the parking area. These may be early settling issues, but they’ve still been inconvenient. Construction around JVC and traffic on Al Khail Road can also be heard from the top floors. It’s an affordable, well-located option with good views and amenities. Buyers and tenants should factor in the noise and maintenance problems, which may improve over time.

The lift lobbies are beautiful, and the building is very clean and nice. It also has a beautiful Olympic-sized pool.

The Al Khail side apartments have a lovely Marina skyline view, and the construction quality and amenities are great. These are modern smart homes in JVC, near the Al Khail entry and exit. That should ease the Hessa Street traffic issue and make JVC a more desirable, reasonably priced area to live in Dubai.
