The apartment itself is good, but building maintenance and administration services are terrible. We waited eight months for the garage gate to be fixed and had to call security to open it for us. I’ve complained about the spoiled water heater for six months, and they still haven’t bought a replacement. The toilet seat has been broken for three months. I also waited 20 days for the key to my own apartment because their system was broken. Every time I want to go out, I have to ask security to open my door. It’s too expensive for this level of service, and I don’t recommend it.

Lui, who is from Philippines, was very rude and disrespectful. I asked her for details about the apartment and she shouted at me and looked down on me. She shouted at me several times. There was no hospitality from her at all. I honestly couldn’t believe it.
6/10
A decent hotel, about a 10-15 minute walk from Mall of Emirates. There are some nice places to eat on the way there.
8/10
The location is good, and the reception service is excellent.

It’s clean, neat and good, with affordable prices. Just be aware that chiller or AC costs extra each month.
