Avoid this place. The apartments are tiny and overpriced, and the building is very old and outdated. The gym equipment is really old, with much of it broken or missing parts. I reported the water machine to reception many times, but it never seemed to work. The air con doesn’t work either, and the sauna and steam room are both closed with no sign they’ll be fixed soon. There are also dogs left barking at home all day, and the construction site across the road by Gemini runs all night, even on weekends, with cranes and other machinery.

A terrible place to live. The apartments have lots of issues and maintenance is poor. Security and reception are useless and seem to know nothing. Every facility has some problem. If something goes wrong with the spa, it can stay closed for three or four months without proper maintenance. I can’t recommend it.

I’ve lived in three different buildings in Dubai and never had security and management that were so rude and unhelpful. There are no security cameras on the apartment floors between units, only outside the elevator. If safety matters to you, especially if you have children, you’d better not live there.

The building and facilities are nice, but the security staff member on duty today, April 11, 2026 at 1:30 pm, was unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope this person is removed from the building. It will affect customer service a lot.
