The city and lake views are beautiful, and the area feels comfortable and lively. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and the metro station, making this a very convenient location in JLT. The building is clean and well maintained, with nice facilities for residents. A great residential tower and a solid place to live in Dubai.

There’s a grocery store conveniently on the ground floor, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to both Sobha metro and JLT Park. The apartments are spacious and quiet, and the building is generally clean with good security services. The infinity pool is amazing, and the gym is fine. A great place to live.

The building and staff are great, but lake renovations have just started and it’s very noisy for now. I wouldn’t choose to live here until the work is finished.

It’s a nice area with lots of restaurants, and the metro is close by. The only issue is that there’s no bridge, so you have to walk around the lake.
