The location makes Mayfair Tower in Business Bay convenient, close to Dubai’s main attractions and business districts. Apartments have spacious layouts, modern amenities, and lovely views of the Dubai Canal. The building also has a pool, gym, and landscaped gardens. Some residents mention occasional maintenance issues, but overall the experience is positive and comfortable.

I’m counting the days until I can move out. Mayfair Tower is the worst building I’ve lived in by far, and the view doesn’t make up for it. The building itself is okay if you can put up with bugs and cockroaches everywhere, construction noise, and a vulgar cafe downstairs that stays open until 3 am. The one good thing is the view. If comfort and cleanliness matter to you, avoid it, especially apt. 1103. The Indian neighbors in 1102 are loud and vulgar, leave their door open all day, and keep their cat on your doorstep all the time. Other reviews are misleading, so don’t trust the rating.

It’s a very clean, quiet spot, good for long walks along the canal. The tower has all the main services, including a barber, pharmacy, restaurant, pet shop, mini market, coffee shop, and laundry.

WARNING! Don’t stay here. They have bed bugs, then deny it by saying the bug is too big to be a bed bug. Instead of calling pest control, they said they’d just change the sheets. They wouldn’t help us and told us to cancel the booking, leaving us with nowhere to go when we’d come to celebrate Eid. They didn’t care.

The building itself is okay, and the canal view is nice, but letting the wrong companies rent out apartments is a bad idea. You’re giving them to holiday home companies like Afamia holiday home, which aren’t honest and steal people’s money. Don’t trust them. Their customer service is bad, and I don’t recommend them at all.
