Frank Porter - Shaista by Azizi

Clean, modern building with a good sunset view and solid security. There's plenty of parking outside, useful shops on the ground floor, a nice gym, and a clean pool. Great location.

Roaches everywhere, be warned! I booked a unit in Azizi Shaista through homesgetway and it was a horrible experience. The rooms were small and dingy, and the security was the worst. I still haven't received my refund. Don't book!

The flats are much larger than the typical ones in the UAE, and the building stays clean. The cleaning and security teams are great and always helpful. It's one of the best apartments in Al Furjan, with the metro a short walk away and a bus station right in front. I lived in Murano before, so I can easily say there's a big difference.

There are cockroaches, and the AC smells bad enough to make breathing uncomfortable. There's also seepage and mold around the bedroom and hall ceiling.
