The apartments are nice and close to the marina area. Pool maintenance could be better.

Yacht Bay is older by Dubai standards, and there are flashier apartments with large, fancy gyms. What you get here is helpful, considerate security and a comprehensive maintenance team and plan, plus marina life without the marina traffic. The location works well for public transport, driving, and access to Marina Walk. With 16 floors and 3 lifts, there's no queue for the lifts.

I've lived in Yacht bay since 2015 and still haven't found a better building than YB. The location, price, and, last but not least, the building's condition all stand out.

The noon checkout gave us plenty of time to sleep in and relax without worrying about housekeeping rushing us out. My girlfriend and I found this place a hidden gem for our city getaway, especially for the price. The beds are high but comfortable, and they suit the room's character. There was plenty of room for our bags, and the windows let in lots of natural light. Blackout curtains are there too, so no need for electricity during the day. The bathroom is simple but elegant. Staff were helpful and nice with valet and parking. Parking wasn't included, but it cost only 25 bucks extra when I went.
