I booked a one-night stay here through Airbnb. Muhammad was very welcoming at apt114 and checked that everything was okay for me. Five stars for his hospitality.

I've had a terrible experience with this building management in the UAE. I've reported someone repeatedly for parking in my assigned space, and also complained to the police and building security. Nothing has been done. All I get are vague replies like “Inshallah” and explanations that mean nothing, with no solution.

As of April 2025, the security team is friendly and helpful, and the rent is lower than at competing buildings. Management seems to be trying to improve things: they've replaced the lobby couches, renovated the fence and some entrance pavement, and arrange pest control from time to time. For the discounted rent, the building is okay overall. Still, I have a strong feeling the maintenance isn't enough to keep up with the building's deterioration. I hope things improve so residents can use the roof pool and enjoy a proper gym. There are a lot of problems. The pool has no water, with no sign that it will change soon. The fire alarm goes off several times a week. It triggered three times in one hour recently, and I worry that if there really is a fire one day, nobody will believe it. The garbage chutes clog now and then, and the janitor used to clear them at 7 AM with noise like metal hammering. One elevator screeches, and the units aren't soundproofed well, so I hear it clearly. Maintenance isn't great elsewhere either. Part of the outer fence is already deteriorating, even though it was renovated just a few months ago. The gym is disappointing, the front door security lock doesn't work, and people keep honking at the gate to get in. I'd love to see a sign asking them not to.

The Pakistani security guard on the morning shift is really stupid and rude. He doesn't even know how to deal with a senior citizen. I don't want to see him again.
