Update: I still haven’t received my deposit back, which has been outstanding since January. They’ve used every excuse they could, and recently stopped answering my calls. The apartments themselves are wonderful, but the management is barely there. The fire alarm can ring for hours with no advance notice of a system test. The garbage room gets smelly and nasty on weekends. Security seem overwhelmed and overworked, and you have to search all over the building for a trolley.

The apartment is very nice, and both the landlord and reception are good and professional. But there are lots of cockroaches, the water pressure is poor, and the gym treadmills work badly. False fire alarms happen regularly, sometimes in the middle of the night, and they can’t seem to fix them.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for a few months and really loved it. It was clean and much bigger than we expected. Thanks for the hospitality!

Comfortable and private, and I’m giving five stars for how the guests were handled.
