I lived in this building and had a very pleasant experience. My apartment had beautiful views of Burj Khalifa and Bay Square Park. It was on the quiet side, away from nearby construction and road noise, with almost no disturbance, which is rare in the Business Bay area. The location worked really well for everyday life, with lots of cafes and good restaurants nearby. It was about a 5-minute walk to Downtown and Dubai Mall, and around 10 minutes to DIFC. Inside the building there was a grocery store, laundry service, and beauty salons for both men and women. The amenities were great: a fully equipped gym, a lovely resort-style pool with sunbeds in the water, sauna and steam rooms, a landscaped courtyard, a barbecue area, and covered parking. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was a comfortable place to live, especially if you work in DIFC or often spend time in Downtown, with everything you need just a few minutes away.
The reception staff member from the Philippines was so kind, and the security team was good too. Reva is a great spot in Business Bay, close to groceries, restaurants, buses and the metro. Downtown and Dubai Mall are only an 8-10 minute walk away. It was my first time staying in the area, and I really liked it. Just expect some car noise at night. Also, the one-bedroom apartments in Reva or Vera feel more like studios, so they seem best suited to one person. I’d definitely recommend the building and area for luxury living 😍
Our apartment had an incredible view of the creek, and Dubai Mall is just a short walk away. It was a great place to stay, well managed, and I have no complaints.
I just love living here. My apartment looks straight out onto the Dubai Canal, which is beautiful, and the neighborhood is getting livelier, with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. You can even take a boat ride on the canal just across the street. Burj Al Arab, Dubai Mall and the Dubai water dance are all within walking distance. There are big swimming pools, a kids pool and play area, fountains, a BBQ area, a gym, sauna and 24-hour concierge, along with other facilities.
I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the apartment was. The rooms are roomy, the beds are comfortable, and there’s a big sofa and large showers in both bathrooms. The balcony has a wonderful view, and there’s a small shop in the building. It’s very close to the center near Burj Khalifa and easy to reach by taxi. The place is newly furnished or very nicely looked after. Very satisfied!
