The pool was nicely kept, though it would be useful to have hangers in the shower area of the washroom by the pool. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good range. Visitors were allowed for an extra charge, and ours enjoyed their time too. The convenient visitor access and kids' play space were nice for families. We spent two months at Golden Sands3 and were very happy with the experience. Our room stayed clean, and housekeeping were friendly, approachable, and quick to respond. Whenever we asked for something, it was taken care of within minutes. We'd gladly return and recommend Golden Sands for comfortable accommodation in a good location.

After a year living in this hotel apartment, it really feels like home. The surroundings are peaceful, the location is handy, and the place is comfortable and well maintained. The staff are professional, friendly, and ready to help. Safeer from room service deserves a special mention. He's polite, responsive, and consistently does good work, which makes day-to-day life easier. I'd recommend staying here, whether visiting or living in the area.

Anjay is doing a great job! My apartment at Golden Sands 3 Hotel Apartments was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The housekeeping was excellent, and the place felt safe and welcoming. Staff were friendly and professional whenever I needed help. Restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport were easy to reach from this excellent location. I'd happily come back, and would recommend it to families or business travellers.

I found Golden Sands 3 Hotel Apartments comfortable and affordable, with spacious, clean rooms that felt like home. During my seven days in Dubai, the staff stood out for being friendly, professional, and ready to help with questions or requests. Getting to transport, restaurants, and popular sights was convenient. For an inexpensive stay that still offers comfort and good service, I'd recommend it.

Mr. Hamidur was courteous and attentive, and made sure our needs were handled promptly. His excellent hospitality and support meant a lot during our stay. Golden Sands 3 was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, with a friendly, helpful team. We'd gladly return and recommend it to others visiting Dubai.
