Golden Sands Hotel Apartments 10

The apartment was a real home away from home for our family, especially with both elderly relatives and children travelling with us. We stayed earlier this month in a three-bedroom unit, and it was spacious, clean, and served promptly. Before we arrived, the reception and reservations team answered my email questions quickly after I booked on the hotel website. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and the pool and kids' play area were well maintained. A grocery shop was about a five-minute walk away for things like water and snacks. The Grand Souk was around 3 km away. Getting to the bus or metro meant walking roughly 400 m to 1.2 km, including to Burjuman and ADCB, but we were fine with walking and sometimes took cabs. If I come back to Dubai, I wouldn't look elsewhere for accommodation. Thanks for the lovely hospitality!

Mohammad Bilal and Naseer made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were courteous, professional, and cheerful, and they responded quickly when I needed help. Even during my brief one-night visit, the help desk responded quickly whenever I needed anything, and the whole team made me feel welcome. Mary at reception made check-in easy, Catty helped maintain that hospitable atmosphere, and Nasser took care of our luggage so we settled in comfortably. The room was spacious, comfortable, and laid out well. Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful, leaving me with a very positive impression. Thanks to the team for the warm welcome.

Golden Sands 10 has felt like our Dubai home since our first visit in 2018. We prefer the home-like rooms to other hotels, and the staff make us feel welcome each time. Ms. Catty and Mr. Farrag have been especially good about handling our special requests when they can. Thanks for the adorable teddy for our kids. They love it! See you soon.
