Golden Stay Vacation Homes continental tower marina

The reviews about this dirty apartment seem accurate. The woman responsible was extremely rude and unprofessional, and kept telling us to deal with Booking. We asked for early check-in, and she said, "I can't do miracles" :D. She never treated us like customers or showed them respect. It felt like renting a room in wonderland, and dealing with this misery isn't why we travel. Please remove this unprofessional joke from Booking and everywhere.

The place was dirty and smelled awful, with mold on the walls and ceilings. The bed and sofa felt like bricks, the TV didn't work, and we had the most uncomfortable sleep. We ended up buying our own towels, sheets, iron, hand soap, and air fresheners. There were no pots or pans for cooking, the conditions were unsanitary, and we both got sick. Construction right outside was extremely loud, and the sliding door wouldn't close all the way. The host was cheap and unhelpful. We sent several messages during the stay, but they were ignored or brushed off. Not worth it at all.

The location was handy, near Marina Mall and the lovely Marina walk, and the views were nice. But the apartment's condition and service were very disappointing. It wasn't especially clean, there was a large puddle in one bathroom, and it hadn't been properly prepared for five people. We had no dishes, mugs, or cutlery, and there were only three towels and pillows and four dining chairs. The extra bed wasn't included in the price, and no sheets were provided for the sofa bed, which we were expected to make up ourselves. When we asked reception to clean the bathroom and bring the missing items, most requests were eventually handled with little enthusiasm. We were also told that future requests should be made between 11am and 6pm. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I booked apartment 2206, a one-bedroom unit, and found it extremely dirty. There was mold in the kitchen, dust in every corner, and the bathroom was filthy, especially the unhygienic WC seat. The equipment was old or didn't work. Staff were very rude, particularly the Arabic-speaking woman. Booking here is a complete waste of money.
