Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel

I was very satisfied with my three-night stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast and open buffet had plenty of options. The treats and services were excellent, and every staff member was helpful and polite. There are supermarkets and currency exchange offices nearby, and the hotel runs free shuttle buses to the mall and beach at set times during the day.

We had a lovely family stay at Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel. Ms. Hanan Abdelsalam deserves a special thank you for her outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and care. She really helped make our visit enjoyable. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, and we hope to stay again.

The best part was being able to check in early and stay until 6 PM for checkout, an offer available through August. We had two family rooms on the third day of Eid. They were spacious and very clean, and the introduction to room service was excellent. Breakfast was great, with manakeesh, Indian dosa, fried eggs, and a wide range of cold items, though there were fewer warm options. The pool had a fantastic view, but was much smaller than it looked in the picture. The TV kept switching off, which was very annoying. We didn't have time to call maintenance, and that should have been sorted before guests were in the room. The computer game room on the pool floor wasn't working, and there weren't many activities for adults, such as table tennis like other hotels have. The most upsetting thing happened at checkout. They don't take a deposit, but we chose to follow the rules and check out properly. Then they accused us of taking bar chips and water bottles, which was completely untrue because we had our own snacks. Their claim wasn't accurate, and the accusation felt extremely unprofessional and annoying. I don't think I'll ever go back.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the large lounges were a lovely place for guests to spend time. The management were courteous and very helpful in guiding visitors. Since the hotel is in a main business area surrounded by malls and shops, you can walk to those places to shop.
