I stayed in one place for three weeks, and we could extend our stay. That says a lot. The lobby was spacious and beautiful, immaculate, and opened onto a lovely promenade by a water canal. The floors had lovely scents, and room service was excellent. My first impression came from Guest Relations Manager - RHODA. She was polite and kind, helped us get the best accommodation when we arrived, and supported us during a later crisis. The warm words from the whole staff stayed with me. Mr ASH, the manager, was also a polite gentleman who gave us incredible personal attention. Those experiences showed professionalism and real personal care. Based on my modest but valuable hotel experience, I can recommend this as a premium 5-star establishment to people who value quality, harmony, and excellent service. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and my room was really nice and clean. The location was convenient, and the facilities were very good. The lobby was clean and pleasant too. Most of all, it felt like home because everyone was so kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Shaaban team at the reception, and to Elizabeth, who kept checking that I was doing well, was always helpful, and always smiling. Thanks to everyone who looked after this wonderful stay.

I spent 20 nights here, and the rooms were spacious and very clean, with staff paying attention to the details. Reception was welcoming and professional, and employees were friendly and helpful throughout. Rhoda was especially kind and caring, and kept making sure we were comfortable. The valet service team also gave excellent assistance. It was a truly enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!
