I’ve been at Grand Millennium Hotel for a month now, and the restaurants, Belgium cafe and club downstairs, make the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. The hotel itself is fantastic too. A special thanks to the housekeeping team, Monsur and Aminul, who have taken such good care of my room. They’re kind, attentive, and professional, and clean it perfectly every day. They also notice what needs doing and take the initiative even when I haven’t asked, keeping the space fresh, comfortable, and well arranged.

The service really stood out, always quick and professional, with a smile. The staff took care of every detail, and everything felt luxurious and well organized from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with cleanliness and maintenance right on point. I liked the elegant, relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. A complete premium experience. Highly recommended if you want a comfortable, luxurious stay. I’ll definitely visit again!

We were upgraded to a suite with loads of space, a beautiful view, and all the amenities we could ask for. Breakfast had a great range of excellent choices, and the sushi at Toshi was amazing, the fish was very fresh. The facilities were fantastic too: an indoor theatre, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, swimming pool, well-equipped gym, spa, sauna, and steam room, all kept to a high standard. There’s also a free shuttle to four locations at scheduled times; check the schedule at reception. The UAE resident offer made the stay even better. We paid AED 449 NET, fully redeemable on food and beverages. It includes a 24-hour stay, guaranteed upgrade to the next room category, 30% off dining and 30% off spa treatments, subject to availability. Kids up to 11 years can stay free, which is great for families. It was a truly luxurious experience, and this five-star hotel is a must-visit.

The rooftop pool, relaxing spa, dining options, and well-equipped gym all added to the quality and convenience of our stay. Everything was clean, well designed, and welcoming, and our room was spacious, modern, and genuinely comfortable. We asked for a free room upgrade and got one almost immediately. Check-in was smooth and housekeeping consistent. Staff were attentive and went out of their way to look after us, especially the extremely polite front desk team, who showed the true values of Dubai Culture. The hotel felt luxurious from the moment we arrived, with a warm atmosphere and a nice mix of comfort and elegance.
