Mrs.Nancy helped us with an upgrade, and the room had a lovely view straight onto the main road. It was clean, tidy, modern and big enough for our family, especially with two kids. There was a sofa and a work table, and the bathroom was very clean with a bathtub. I booked breakfast as well, and even with all the facilities the price was still reasonable. Thanks for the help and support. I’ll recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues.

Mrs. Sokhaya was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She and the rest of the team made the experience outstanding. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organized, and I felt the hotel offered very good value for money. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.

As someone born and raised in the UAE, this is the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The service and standards were poor, and the staff, especially the women, were rude and didn’t know how to speak to guests. I arrived with my sister and was asked for a 200 dirham deposit. Nothing about it was mentioned in my Agoda booking, and I’ve never had to leave a deposit at a four-star hotel before, or even a five-star one. I had already explained on the phone and beforehand that I needed late checkout until 2 PM because of work. Still, from 12 PM onward, staff kept calling and pressuring me to leave, talking as though they were giving me my last chance on Earth. When I finally checked out at 2 PM, I asked to speak to the manager. They said the manager was in a meeting and that I could share any concerns with them. When I described what had happened with checkout, they were disrespectful and rude, and told me I should be grateful they hadn’t charged me for late checkout. The staff, especially the women, were not helpful at any point and treated me very rudely.

The way the check-in was handled by receptionist Sunil and the security guard left us with a very bad impression. We arrived close to midnight after a long trip with our family, including young children who were exhausted and crying. We told Sunil we were a group of adults and children, asked for a twin-bed room, and asked if my cousin's husband could come up with us since we were all together. We had already gone into the room when Sunil called security and told my cousin's husband to come back downstairs to show his ID. The information we’d been given at check-in felt inconsistent and misleading, and we didn’t feel treated honestly or professionally. It was so stressful that we thought about canceling right then. We explained we’d traveled a long way and it was late, but there was no consideration for our situation or the children. This was one of our worst hotel experiences. The poor communication and lack of professionalism and care from Sunil and security staff were deeply disappointing. I hope management looks into this and takes steps to improve staff professionalism and guest service.
