Hampton by Hilton Dubai Al Barsha

I’ve stayed here three years in a row and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are spacious and clean, with down bedding, glass cups, and wheelchair-accessible options with roll-in showers. The metro is a short walk away, and breakfast is very good. There’s also a rooftop pool, though there aren’t enough sun loungers. The pool attendants seemed lifeless, stayed on their phones, and acted as if they disliked their jobs. Staff elsewhere were professional and helpful, from the welcoming reception team to the hardworking breakfast, cleaning, and security staff. Shout out to Miz from housekeeping and the breakfast team member I met last year, whose name I never learned. Mall of Emirates is within walking distance, with a bus to miracle garden. A free city bus to JBR beach leaves from the next-door hotel Cosmopolitan. Gift shops, groceries, restaurants, and beauty salons are just steps away. The hotel is good for a 3* stay.

Breakfast was a pleasure each morning thanks to Ms. Maureen and Kadek, whose friendly, attentive welcome and professionalism stood out. Shalet at the front desk was also positive, helpful, and welcoming throughout. Sumitra kept my room especially clean and comfortable, and Housekeeping Manager Terence seemed to manage the team well and ensure everything was taken care of. I’m grateful to all of them, and to the Hampton by Hilton team for the warm hospitality and memorable stay.

Breakfast was delicious, and Shubhaz was very kind while looking after us there. The rooms were cozy, nice, and clean, and the service was great. Parking is the tricky part: the passages are narrow and there are only a few spaces, so they can fill up fast.

The staff really stood out, with every team member friendly, professional, and eager to help. During our three days here as a family, the rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, and the beds were so comfortable we slept well. The pool and gym were maintained well and never felt crowded. We enjoyed fresh, flavorful, nicely presented meals, and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of international and local choices. The location was convenient for business and leisure, with easy access to shopping and major attractions. We had a memorable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it.
