The food was fantastic, and everyone at the restaurant welcomed me with a smile. Muhammad, kamal, and chef Saheed were all great company, with a good sense of humour and excellent service. I’d recommend the hotel to family and friends visiting Dubai.

Mohamed Elardy was really helpful at breakfast and treated us so well. He’s a kind, well-mannered man, and I enjoyed our stay here. I was here for four weeks. The room was clean, and Moammar, the room attendant, was attentive. Mr. Sashank, the duty manager, was hospitable and nice. The buffet was good, though the menu could use some variety, perhaps with changes or extra dishes every couple of days. It’s a small, decent five-star hotel apartment rather than a high rise, and there’s a kitchen in the room if you want to cook. James at reception was polite and nice. In general, though, reception staff could be more pleasant, helpful, and accommodating, and would benefit from more training.

Rimas made my stay unforgettable. He’s a professional, attentive housekeeper who worked hard to make me feel comfortable and cared for. His positive attitude and readiness to go the extra mile stood out each day, and I’m very grateful for everything he did. From the moment I arrived, the whole team was warm, helpful, and attentive. The service and hospitality exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely return.
