It's an older building, but good value for its location. The apartments overlooking the canal or sea are fantastic, and it's very convenient, close to the metro.

The elevators were the worst part. There are three, but for about 90% of my stay only one was working, while the others were broken and there was no money to repair them. The building's maintenance overall is very poor, partly because apartment owners don't pay annual maintenance fees. Cockroaches were everywhere. Pest control came every week but never stopped the infestation, and I left without regret. The car garage is very narrow to enter and scratches cars. Every other day, the lower AC pipes in the garage malfunction, fill it with water, and force a temporary closure, creating a big problem. This is one of Marina's oldest buildings, built in 2007, so it has many maintenance issues. The swimming pool is too small, and surrounding towers let sun reach it for only one hour a day. I left for good without any regret.

The water and SZR views are amazing, and Marina Diamond 4 is a high quality building in a prime spot. It's next to Marina metro and tram, Marina Walk, and the mall. Highly recommended.
